I'm trying to reinstall Windows XP operating system from CD ROM. On bootup I press F12 to get boot-up menu and then choose "IDE CD-ROM Device". Lets just say I have a standard 32-bit vista operating system. Now I want better graphics so games do not look lagged. What type of graphic cards/technical stuff should I look into and whats the best brand out there for not very much money? And some information on sound cards would do.... read more
